Position Summary:
As a Remote Customer Success Manager at Intuit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customer retention and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive product adoption
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proven track record of managing customer accounts and driving customer success outcomes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and CRM systems
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connectivity (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- Comfortable working in a remote-first setting with flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones
Desired Skills:
- Experience with customer success metrics and reporting
- Knowledge of financial management software or tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing customer challenges remotely
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications
