Position Summary:

- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for video calls and online collaboration.
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern Time Zones for team meetings and client interactions.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with CRM software or SaaS products.
- Knowledge of remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Salesforce Anywhere.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and retention.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for this Remote Customer Success Manager position at Salesforce is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones, virtual onboarding processes, and virtual team building activities. We also provide opportunities for occasional travel for team meetups.
