Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 for the Remote Customer Support Specialist position at Coinbase. In addition to market-rate compensation, we provide remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Employees may be required to travel occasionally for team meetups, with expenses covered by Coinbase.
