Position Summary:
SoFi is seeking a skilled Remote Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role involves analyzing and monitoring security measures to protect SoFi's systems and data from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and a passion for ensuring the highest level of security for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Monitor security incidents and investigate any breaches
- Implement security measures to protect SoFi's systems and data
- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Technical Requirements:
- Home office setup with a secure internet connection
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for seamless remote work
- Availability to work within Pacific Time Zone (PT)
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira

Desired Skills:
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
- Experience with cloud security and network security
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Strong project management skills for remote team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience
