Position Summary:
As the Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager at McKinsey, you will play a pivotal role in driving diversity initiatives and fostering an inclusive culture within our remote HR & Talent Acquisition team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to lead impactful programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies tailored to a remote work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diversity initiatives into talent acquisition processes
- Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of diversity programs and recommend improvements
- Provide training and resources to promote awareness and understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices
- Partner with leadership to drive accountability and ensure diversity goals are met
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion management, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong understanding of diversity metrics and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
- Understanding of remote work dynamics and challenges, with a focus on promoting inclusivity
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to support video conferencing and virtual collaboration tools
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate team meetings and projects
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Diversity & Inclusion or related field
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
- Strong project management skills to drive diversity initiatives forward
- Ability to facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience and qualifications
