Position Summary:
Brainly is seeking a dedicated Remote Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in shaping and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization, ensuring that our remote workforce reflects a wide range of perspectives and backgrounds. The ideal candidate will drive strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture where every voice is heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives tailored to a remote work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed diversity and inclusion into all aspects of the organization
- Analyze diversity data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure progress
- Provide guidance and training to employees and leaders on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
- Partner with recruitment teams to enhance diversity in hiring practices and candidate selection processes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion management, preferably in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a virtual environment

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule with occasional availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Diversity & Inclusion Management
- Experience in organizing virtual team building activities
- Familiarity with remote team communication best practices

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience
- Home office stipend or equipment provided
