As a Remote Help Desk Support at Help Scout, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via email, chat, and phone
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex support cases
- Document and escalate technical issues as needed
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials for customers

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a help desk or customer support role
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote communication tools

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload
- Availability to work in the Eastern or Central time zone
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools for virtual meetings

Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a remote environment

Compensation & Benefits:
