Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or network configurations
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Proactively identify trends in customer concerns to improve overall service delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a help desk or customer support role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space
- Comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate customer needs across different time zones
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for seamless video conferencing
- Fully equipped home office with a reliable computer, headset, and webcam
- Availability to work within standard US business hours, with flexibility for occasional after-hours support
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience.
