Position Summary:
Zapier is seeking a talented Remote HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs
- Implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives to support employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Conduct remote onboarding sessions and training programs for new hires
- Partner with the recruitment team on talent acquisition strategies and hiring processes
- Manage HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Comfortable working within US time zones
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
