Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at Notion, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives and supporting our distributed team members. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a positive remote work experience for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Implement HR policies and procedures tailored for a remote workforce
- Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops on HR best practices
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote setup

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection for seamless virtual collaboration
- Comfortable working across different time zones to support team members nationwide

Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Notion
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive HR decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a remote work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience, for this remote position at Notion. In addition, you will enjoy remote-specific benefits including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
