Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at Credit Karma, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment for our distributed team. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies and practices
- Lead employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
- Implement remote-friendly HR programs and initiatives to support our virtual workforce
- Manage HR projects and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR business partner roles, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the USA
- Proven track record of managing complex HR projects and initiatives remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a distributed team
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for video conferencing and virtual collaboration
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones within the USA
Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
- Experience working with HRIS systems and remote team collaboration tools
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience
