Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at HubSpot, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience in a fully remote setting. You will be a strategic partner to our teams, providing guidance on all HR-related matters and contributing to the overall success of our remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in a remote environment
- Provide HR support and guidance to remote employees on various HR matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Lead remote recruitment efforts and support talent acquisition processes
- Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning and development
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the USA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setup
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field; SHRM certification is a plus
Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working across different time zones and adapting to flexible working hours as needed
Desired Skills:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
