Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at Red Hat, you will play a crucial role in supporting our distributed team by providing strategic HR guidance and solutions. You will work closely with managers and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives in a remote work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience
