Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will play a strategic role in driving HR initiatives and talent acquisition efforts in a fully remote setting. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote teams effectively
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate with virtual teams

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule with occasional overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours

Desired Skills:
- Experience with HRIS systems for data analysis and reporting
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Familiarity with virtual team building activities and communication strategies
