Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at Amazon, you will play a strategic role in driving HR initiatives and talent acquisition efforts in a fully remote setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives and foster a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support on various people-related matters
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding remote employees
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Conduct performance management processes and provide coaching to managers and employees
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations in a remote work environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR business partner experience, preferably in a remote work setting
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote teams effectively
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate with virtual teams
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule with occasional overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours
Desired Skills:
- Experience with HRIS systems for data analysis and reporting
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Familiarity with virtual team building activities and communication strategies
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
