Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Coordinator at BCG, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and Talent Acquisition functions in a fully remote capacity. You will work closely with the HR team to streamline processes, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires in a remote setting.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize HR processes in a remote work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of HR best practices and compliance regulations.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team across different time zones.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Desired Skills:

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience.
