Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Coordinator at Cerebral, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR and talent acquisition functions in a fully remote setting. You will be responsible for coordinating various HR activities, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring seamless communication among team members, all while embracing the benefits of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Manage HR documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines independently in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other remote collaboration tools.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connectivity.
- Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms and project management tools.
- Comfortable working within Eastern or Central time zones to align with team meetings and collaborations.
Desired Skills:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Experience in utilizing remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Asana.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, virtual work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience.
