Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Operations Manager at Wipro, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our HR and talent acquisition processes in a remote work setting. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration within our remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

- Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager or similar role in a remote work setup.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed for team meetings and projects.
Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification or equivalent is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
