Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Operations Manager at TCS, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the HR functions of our remote workforce. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored for remote work environments
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects
- Provide guidance and support to remote employees on HR-related matters
- Conduct regular assessments of HR operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR operations role
- Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet access
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Availability to work within standard US business hours (Eastern Time Zone preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS software and other HR management systems

Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification or equivalent HR credentials
- Experience in developing remote employee engagement programs
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to remote work
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
