Position Summary:
We are seeking a Remote HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR processes and operations within our remote work setting. This pivotal role involves managing HR functions, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations to support our distributed workforce effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Oversee performance management processes and training programs for remote employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in a remote work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent acquisition and retention efforts
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a remote work setting
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Proven track record in implementing HR programs and initiatives remotely
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a virtual work environment
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule with occasional overlap in PST time zone
- Familiarity with virtual onboarding processes and HR management systems
Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification or equivalent HR credentials
- Experience with HRIS software implementation and optimization
- Strong analytical skills for HR data analysis and reporting
- Ability to lead virtual team building activities and initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
