Position Summary:
As a Remote Illustrator at Aha!, you will play a key role in bringing our creative visions to life through visually compelling illustrations. This remote position offers the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create original illustrations that enhance our digital products, marketing materials, and presentations
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver visual solutions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and incorporate revisions in a timely manner
- Maintain consistency in style and quality across all illustrations to uphold brand standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design work

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Illustrator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse illustration styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and necessary design software
- Availability to work within specified time zones for team meetings and collaboration
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms

Desired Skills:
- Animation and motion graphics skills to create dynamic visual content
- Experience with UI/UX design principles to enhance user interactions
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design tasks

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience
