Position Summary:
As a Remote Implementation Manager at edX, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation of projects within our remote project management team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project delivery
- Communicate project progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a remote work setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection for seamless virtual collaboration
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones
- Proficiency in using remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management software

Desired Skills:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with learning management systems or online education platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic work environments

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience.
