Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 for the Remote Implementation Manager position at Better.com. In addition, remote-specific benefits include a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones, a virtual onboarding process, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
