Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, GitHub provides remote-specific benefits including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours aligned with the EST time zone, virtual onboarding processes, and virtual team building activities to foster remote team collaboration.
