We are seeking a talented Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team at Automattic. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone, email, and online meetings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for optimal remote work performance
- Comfortable working within US time zones with flexibility for occasional meetings
- Proficient in using video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools
Desired Skills:
- Experience in SaaS sales or tech industry
- Familiarity with WordPress or related products
- Multilingual abilities for diverse client interactions
