Position Summary:
As a Remote Inside Sales Representative at BetterHelp, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to engage with clients virtually, showcasing the value of our services and helping individuals find the support they need for their mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
- Educate customers on the benefits of online counseling services
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles

- Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless virtual interactions

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to professional phone and video calls
- Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for uninterrupted communication
- Comfortable working in a remote setting with flexibility in working hours
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern Time Zones

Desired Skills:
- Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 for the Remote Inside Sales Representative position at BetterHelp.
