Position Summary:

- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to virtual training delivery
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with flexible working hours
- Ability to accommodate occasional team meetings or training sessions within Pacific Time Zone

Desired Skills:

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
