Remote Learning & Development Specialist

Position Summary:
As a Remote Learning & Development Specialist at Intuit, you will play a key role in designing and delivering learning programs for our remote workforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop engaging content, and facilitate virtual learning sessions to support employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs and develop learning strategies for remote employees
- Design and deliver virtual training programs using a variety of tools and platforms
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make continuous improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and support to employees on professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering remote learning programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual training delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working in a remote-first setting with flexible working hours
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones for team meetings and collaboration

Desired Skills:
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, ATD)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, Intuit provides remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and access to virtual team building activities.
