Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops for employees across different time zones.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering remote learning programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual training delivery.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with minimal supervision.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
