Position Summary:
As a Remote Product Manager at Airtable, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product roadmap. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features based on market research and user feedback
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements
- Lead product launches and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvements

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a remote work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience
