Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project team activities and resources
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing remote projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work in Pacific Time Zone
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Asana

Desired Skills:
- PMP or other project management certification

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience
