Position Summary:
BetterHelp is seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to support our growing organization. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Source candidates through various channels and platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment databases

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in remote recruitment is a plus

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work in Pacific or Eastern time zones
- Proficiency in using video conferencing and collaboration tools

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Recruiter position at BetterHelp is $50,000 - $70,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. We also provide opportunities for occasional team meetups, with travel requirements communicated well in advance.
