Position Summary:
As a Remote Recruiter at VMware, you will play a pivotal role in our HR & Talent Acquisition team, sourcing top talent and driving recruitment strategies to support our dynamic workforce. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage with candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and track candidate progress

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders remotely
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools for remote collaboration

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficient in using video conferencing platforms for virtual meetings
- Flexible working hours with availability to collaborate across different time zones

Desired Skills:
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
- Knowledge of HR technologies and applicant tracking systems

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience
