Position Summary:
As a Remote Recruiter at Shopify, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for our remote HR & Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from any location in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the HR and Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage tasks independently
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
- Comfortable working within a specific time zone to align with team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience.
