Position Summary:
As a Remote Recruiter at Chime, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to join our remote-first organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to our team's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels and networks to build a robust talent pipeline
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to hiring teams
- Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other HR tools to streamline recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and collaboration platforms

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Recruiter position at Chime is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
