Position Summary:
ActiveCampaign is seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates to join our distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in a remote setting and collaborating with a distributed team

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Comfortable working across different time zones to accommodate team collaboration

Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Google Workspace

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, ActiveCampaign provides a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, remote team collaboration tools, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
