Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee software releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop release schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate release status and updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve release processes for efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficient in remote work tools and platforms for effective communication and collaboration.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connectivity.
