Position Summary:
HubSpot is seeking a Remote Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic remote sales team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence in sales processes and contribute to the growth of our remote sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in remote sales operations.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Lead initiatives to enhance CRM system usage and automation to streamline sales operations.
- Provide sales team training and support to ensure adoption of best practices and tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations or sales enablement, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a remote setting.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work.
- High-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a flexible schedule with occasional time zone considerations.
- Proficiency in remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in implementing and optimizing sales processes in a remote sales environment.
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours with consideration for different time zones, virtual onboarding process, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
