Position Summary:
ActiveCampaign is seeking a Remote Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our sales processes and strategies in a fully remote setting. This role plays a critical part in driving sales efficiency, streamlining operations, and maximizing revenue opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and streamline processes.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to support decision-making.
- Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies to support sales team success.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage sales data effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a distributed team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools for optimizing sales processes remotely.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work setting.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet connection for seamless remote work.
- Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.
