Position Summary:
As a Remote Scrum Master at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in leading and facilitating Agile project management processes for remote teams. You will drive efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a dynamic virtual work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for remote teams.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Remove impediments and foster a collaborative environment to optimize team performance.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and metrics to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and process enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in remote or distributed team settings.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet access.

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $80,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
