Position Summary:
Headspace is seeking a dynamic Remote Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices and processes within our remote project management framework. Your expertise will drive the success of our projects by fostering collaboration, communication, and efficiency within our distributed team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices to enhance productivity and delivery
- Remove impediments and obstacles to ensure the team meets project goals and timelines
- Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to prioritize tasks and deliver value iteratively
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a distributed team setup
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred

Technical Requirements:
