Position Summary:
As a Remote Scrum Master at Zoom, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within our remote teams. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams on Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and removing obstacles to maximize team efficiency and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within remote teams to achieve project goals
- Identify and address impediments to team progress and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and manage backlogs effectively
- Promote a culture of transparency, adaptability, and self-organization within the team

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results in a dynamic environment
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection for seamless virtual collaboration
- Availability to work within Pacific Time Zone (PT) for team alignment
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Jira

Desired Skills:
- Experience with remote team collaboration and virtual project management
- Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks like Kanban or Lean
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Scrum Master position at Zoom is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
