Position Summary:
As a Remote Scrum Master at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile principles, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in a remote setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in a remote environment.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate issues as needed, and drive timely resolution.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment to promote effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work setting, guiding teams through Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with distributed team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to overcome challenges in a remote work setup.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work with a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Confluence.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate team members across different time zones.

Desired Skills:
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools to streamline project delivery.
- Familiarity with virtual team building activities and strategies to enhance remote team cohesion.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Scrum Master position at Accenture is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer remote-specific benefits including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and access to top-notch remote team collaboration tools. We also organize virtual team building activities and occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
