Compensation & Benefits:
TransferWise offers a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 for Remote Software Engineers, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees enjoy remote-specific benefits including a home office stipend or equipment provided, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding process, and virtual team building activities. Travel may be required for occasional team meetups.
