Position Summary:
Pluralsight is seeking a talented Remote Solutions Architect to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient remote solutions for our clients. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of remote technology and driving business success through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop remote solutions that meet business requirements
- Design and architect remote systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients on remote technology best practices

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work within US time zones with flexibility for occasional meetings outside regular hours
- Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and project management software
- Familiarity with remote access technologies and VPN solutions

Desired Skills:
- Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools for remote infrastructure automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex remote issues
- Prior experience in remote team management or leadership roles

Compensation & Benefits:
Pluralsight offers a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 for the Remote Solutions Architect position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding process, and virtual team building activities.
