Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Remote Statistical Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in analyzing data to derive valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making across various business functions at Airbnb.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data sets and generate actionable insights
- Develop and maintain statistical models to support business objectives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Statistical Analyst or similar role

- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to focused work
- High-speed internet connection for seamless remote work
- Availability to work in Pacific Time Zone (PT) for team alignment
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace

Desired Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python
- Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience.
