Position Summary:
HubSpot is seeking a Remote Support Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote support specialists, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and team performance. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a distributed team and drive results in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a remote support team to deliver high-quality customer service
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve support processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance support strategies
- Develop and implement training programs for support specialists to enhance their skills
- Analyze support metrics and generate reports to track team performance and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Proven track record of managing remote teams and driving results in a virtual work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues and drive resolutions remotely
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Helpdesk software
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate team meetings and customer support needs (EST time zone preferred)
- Proficient in using virtual team collaboration tools and platforms for seamless communication and project management
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support software
- Knowledge of best practices for remote team collaboration and communication
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Support Team Lead position at HubSpot is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer remote-specific benefits, including:
