Position Summary:
Teladoc is seeking a talented Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition team. As a remote position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the USA. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and candidate engagement will drive the growth and success of our remote workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with Teladoc's culture and values
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for diverse roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote team collaboration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote work setting

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet access
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working across different time zones to accommodate team and candidate schedules

Desired Skills:
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for streamlined recruitment processes

Compensation & Benefits:
Teladoc offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a home office stipend or equipment to support your remote work setup.
