Position Summary:

You will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless recruitment process in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the recruiting process.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and team members virtually.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with remote recruitment tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexible working hours.
- Ability to work within US time zones to align with team meetings and project deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
