Position Summary:
As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist at TCS, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our remote teams. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to support the company's growth objectives while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage the interview process, coordinate with stakeholders, and facilitate candidate assessments.
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a remote setting.
- Solid understanding of remote recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates virtually.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with minimal supervision.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed for team meetings and candidate interactions.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 for the Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist position, commensurate with experience. In addition, TCS provides remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment allowance, flexible working hours to accommodate various schedules, virtual onboarding processes, and access to leading remote team collaboration tools.
