Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our remote team at Miro. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of technical projects, and contributing to the overall technical strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in a remote work environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a distributed team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- High-speed internet connection for video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Availability to work in Pacific Time Zone (PT) for team alignment
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Miro

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities for remote team collaboration

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Technical Lead position at Miro is $120,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
